Le numerose recensioni positive riguardo questo prodotto ,mi hanno incuriosita quindi ho deciso di provarlo,partendo da aspettative abbastanza alte.
Il brand Yourtea propone una grande varietà di prodotti , dal thè per incrementare le energie al thè per migliorare problemi di pelle.Personalmente ho deciso di recensirvi quello più famoso, il tiny teatox .

Questo prodotto è composto di una varietà di erbe cinesi capaci di nutrire e ripulire il sistema digestivo da tossine in eccesso , dalle conseguenze negative di stress,ansia,sedentarietà,stile di vita poco sano,alimentazione errata ..
RIpropone effetti positivi in maniera quasi immediata alll'assunzione della bevanda in questione, senza alcun effetto dannoso per l'organismo di chi l'assimila,facilitando il lavoro di eliminazione delle tossine in maniera totale.

you have the possibility to choice between a cheaper type of shipping but slower , and a slightly higher but more accelerated.I personally chose standard shipping and i received my stuff in ten days,so i advice it.

The product comes in a box that i personally find very simple and also so cute.When you open it you can see a thanks message from the staff and a brouchure with all the products able on the website.
The tea comes in a very pretty pink paper ,ordered in two7three sections ( depending on what kind of plan you choose , two or three weeks),one for each week.
♥Assumption
You should assume the product in the morning, afternoon and evening half an hour before or after meals.
♥Personal experience
My sister ordered the product too which allowed me to be able to review this product from a dual point of view.Our products arrived ten days after the order ,well-ordered and completely intact.We both found the packaging very simple and at the same time very cute and nice,as well as the message from the staff.
During the taking of the product,we noticed some broken tea bags but fortunately we were able to use the product.I find the flavor very unpleasant, i could compare it to a cardboard soaked barley , but with lemon it's abbumable with more facility.During the two weeks , i obviously opted for a balanced diet , i constantly ate organic food ,i avoided sweets,unhealthy food ,but also meat,dread and pasta(but it only was for my personal health problems).Most of my diet was (is)based on rice, cous cous , fish , legumes (lentils,chickpeas..)and especially a lot of fruits and vegetables.I tried to stay as hydrated as possible,but i can't deny being one of those people who have serious difficulties to " remember it constantly :'D ).
As for physical activity ,i simply do my daily exercises for half an hour for the first week and the second week i started with my belovedy yoga [let me know if you want some tutorials] for 45 minutes each day.
The effects are immediately apparents with the MASSIVE elimination of toxins throughout the day ,in the increased thirst and dehydration and especially in the increased energy.Me and my sister noticed an increase in energy which persisted for the entire day.
Despite being declared absent or present in small amounts, caffeine is contained in the beverage ,it's heard and also a lot for those who suffer anxiety and is unable to properly manage the effects of caffeine , especially because the hiring is done three times a day that are a LOTS.sO I DID NOT RECOMMEND this product for those who have problems with caffeine.
The effects of the product have become perceptible even at the mood level,extremely improved , and in the skin .Infact,since the beginning of the use , i noticed a greater luster of the skin , a slight improvement as regards the acne problems but mostly appeared soft,fresh and bright [MAYBE WE DISCOVERED WHAT REALLY EDWARD CULLEN DRINKS]
I never had weight problems ,but i had bloading and accumulation of localized fat problems.This problem disappeared at the end of the two weeks of using tiny teatox , something that i can say also because i also made the "Before-after" pictures (which obviously i DON'T post for privacy,but you can trust me :) ).Also i lost 3 and a half pounds in two weeks ,while my sister losts 5 pounds.Last but NOT AT ALL least ,finished the product ,me and my sister had EXTREMELY STRANGE symptoms ... loss of strength ,nausea ,and strong dizziness..that disappeared after a few days.
It was not fever ,nor any for of food poisoning having eaten completely different food every day and not having been in direct contact for the last two days .I couldn't find informations nor review that refers to such effects , but i felt was important to inform you about this problem.Let me know if it happened to you, your opinions ,personal experiences and if you'll give to this product a chance.

SPEDIZIONE
Nel corso dell'acquisto avete l'opportunità di scegliere tra un tipo di spedizione più economica ma più lenta, ed una spedizione di prezzo poco più elevato ma più accellerata.Personalmente ho scelto la spedizione standard ed ho ricevuto la mia merce in dieci giorni dall'ordine , quindi la consiglio.
Packaging:
il prodotto si presenta in una scatola che personalmente trovo molto semplice e graziosa.All'apertura di quest'ultima , troviamo un messaggio di ringraziamento dell'acquisto da parte dello staff ed una brouchure con tutti i prodotti del brand.
Il thè si presenta ben sigillato in graziose bustine di carta rosa ,ordinate in due\tre sezioni( a seconda se scegliate un piano di assunzione di due o tre settimane) ,una per ogni settimana.
Assunzione
L'assunzione del prodotto deve avvenire la mattina , il pomeriggio e la sera ( 3 bustine per tre volte al giorno)MEZZ'ORA prima o dopo i pasti.
Esperienza personale
Ho effettuato l'ordine assieme a mia sorella, il chè mi ha permesso di poter recensire il prodotto da un duplice punto di vista.I nostri prodotti sono arrivati dieci giorni dopo aver effettuato l'ordine,ben ordinati e del tutto intatti.
Abbiamo entrambe trovato il packaging molto semplice ed allo stesso tempo molto bello e dolce,così come il messaggio dello staff ad apertura della confezione.
Nel corso dell'assunzione del prodotto , abbiamo notato tre volte sia io che mia sorella,alcune bustine di thè rotte,ma fortunatamente siamo riuscite ugualmente ad utilizzare il prodotto.
Personalmente trovo il sapore della bevanda poco piacevole , potrei compararla a del cartone imbevuto nell'orzo,ma con del limone scompare ed è assumibile con più facilità.Nel corso delle due settimane di assunzione della bevanda, ho ovviamente optato per un regime alimentare equilibrato,ho costantemente mangiato cibo biologico ,ho evutato dolci ,cibo non salutare ma anche carne ,pane e pasta ( ma per problemi di salute personali).La maggior parte della mia dieta alimentare quindi si basava su riso,cous cous,pesce, legumi(lenticchie,ceci..) e soprattutto moltissima frutta e verdura.Ho cercato di mantenermi il più possibile idratata,ma non posso negare di essere una di quelle persone che hanno serie difficoltà a " ricordarlo" costantemente :'D.
Per quanto riguarda l'attività fisica,mi sono limitata a fare i miei esercizi giornalieri ( molto leggeri) di mezz'ora per la prima settimana,la seconda settimana ho ricominciato con il mio amato yoga [se volete qualche tutorial fatemi sapere]per 45 minuti ogni giorno.
Per quanto riguarda l'attività fisica,mi sono limitata a fare i miei esercizi giornalieri ( molto leggeri) di mezz'ora per la prima settimana,la seconda settimana ho ricominciato con il mio amato yoga [se volete qualche tutorial fatemi sapere]per 45 minuti ogni giorno.
Gli effetti del prodotto Sono immediatamente riscontrabili con l'eliminazione MASSICCIA di tossine nel corso dell'intera giornata,nell'aumento di sete e disidratazione e soprattutto nell' aumento di energia. Sia io che mia sorella abbiamo notato un incremento delle energie che persistevano per l'intera giornata.
Nonostante venga dichiarata assente o presente in piccole percentuali, la caffeina si sente,ed anche molto per chi ha problemi d'ansia e non riesce a gestire adeguatamente gli effetti della caffeina, sopratutto perchè l'assunzione avviene tre volte al giorno che non sono affatto poche per chi ha questi problemi.Di conseguenza sconsiglio questo prodotto per chi ha problemi con la caffeina.
Gli effetti del prodotto sono divenuti percepibili anche a livello di umore,estremamente migliorato, e pelle.Infatti sin dall'inizio dell'utilizzo,ho notato una maggiore lucentezza della pelle, un leggero miglioramento per quanto riguarda i problemi di acne ma soprattutto appariva morbida ,fresca e brillante [MAGARI ABBIAMO SCOPERTO COSA BEVEVA DAVVERO EDWARD CULLEN] .
Non sono una persona robusta,nè estremamete magra..ho sempre avuto problemi di gonfiore ed accumulo di grasso localizzato.Questo problema è scomparso alla fine delle due settimane di utilizzo di tiny teatox , cosa che posso sostenere con assoluta sicurezza per aver effettuato anch'io le foto PRIMA-DOPO ( che ovviamente NON posterò per privacy ,ma potete credermi sulla parola :) ) .Inoltre ho perso 3 kili e mezzo in due settimane,mentre mia sorella 5 kili.
Ultimo ma NON AFFATTO per importanza,terminate le due settimane sia io che mia sorella abbiamo presentato sintomi ESTREMAMENTE ANOMALI..perdita di forze,nausea e vertigini fortissime..che sono scomparsi dopo qualche giorno.
Non si trattava di febbre , nè di alcuna forma di intossicazione alimentare avendo mangiato cibo completamente differente ogni giorno e non essendo state a contatto diretto per gli ultimi due giorni.Non sono riuscita a reperire nessun informazione nè recensione che faccia riferimento ad effetti del genere,ma ho ritenuto importante informare voi di questo.Fatemi sapere se è capitato anche a voi ,le vostre opinioni,esperienze personali e se darete o meno una chance a tale prodotto .
